- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

- To provide the investor materials you request and to grant access to them.
- To respond to your inquiry and to follow up with you about Omma Medical and its financing.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
How it is shared
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you, under agreements that limit their use of it. Today those providers are our hosting platform (Vercel) and our email provider (Resend). We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential investor relationship, and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have given us by emailing invest@ommamedical.ai. If you would rather not use the form, you can simply email us instead.
Confidentiality
Materials made available through this site, including the investor deck, are confidential and provided for your evaluation only. Please do not redistribute them.
